A realistic orientation to climate breakdown is challenging for many people to formulate in part because of the existential anxieties and death denial that are evoked. This hour and a half discussion focused workshop, a brief excerpt from a 16-session course, is designed for anyone who wants to expand their ability to withstand existential discomfort, and develop healthier, more related responses to encounters with mortality among their family, friends, and in the wider community and culture.
